The St. John's Chapter is part of an international organization that has been serving the needs of the poor and less fortunate for the past 162 years.

Our chapter is proud to be the first active college chapter in the United States. Since its establishment in 1989, the St. Vincent dePaul Society has served thousands of the poor in our surrounding communities.

WHAT?

A student organization whose activities are directed toward short-term or long-term service to the poor.
WHY?
To bring together students who share a common experience of service, an integral part of Vincentian education.

HOW?
Through community-based opportunities for service, weekly meetings, and times of periodic apostolic reflection
